1. Basic provisions

The controller of personal data is IMAGE CARE, s.r.o., Company ID No. (IČ): 24749478, with its registered office at Na Příkopě 853/12, Prague 1.

Personal data means “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.”

The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

2. Sources and categories of personal data processed

The controller processes data provided by the client or obtained in the course of fulfilling an order, including identification and contact data and information necessary for the performance of the contract.

3. Legal basis and purpose of processing

The legal bases include:

• performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
• legitimate interest in marketing under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,
• consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

Purposes:“processing of your order and the exercise of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship” and the sending of commercial communications.

The data processed include name, surname, telephone number, e-mail, address, body measurements, photographs of the figure, cookie data and bank details.

No automated individual decision-making takes place.

4. Data retention period

Data are retained for the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations (5 years after the end of the relationship) and until the withdrawal of consent for marketing (max. 10 years). After the period expires, the data will be deleted.

5. Recipients of personal data

The recipients are persons involved in the delivery of goods, the processing of payments, the operation of services and marketing. The controller does not intend to transfer data outside the EU, with the exception of providers of mailing and cloud services.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing under the GDPR. You may withdraw consent in writing or electronically. The right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) is also protected.

7. Security conditions

The controller has “adopted all appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data” and has implemented technical measures for data storage. Only authorised persons have access.

8. Final provisions

By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. The controller may amend these terms and will publish the new version on the website or send it by e-mail.

These terms take effect on 1 May 2026.
