From the first appointment to a finished suit in 4 weeks. The whole process is simple and transparent — you pay up front, backed by our satisfaction guarantee.
Book an appointment
Online through our website, by phone or by email. You can start with a free 30-minute consultation to browse fabrics and discuss the options. For a full selection and measuring session, allow an hour.
Choose your garment, fabric and details
30 minutesFirst you decide what you want made — we don't only make suits, but also shirts, coats, blazers, jeans, bombers, shirt jackets and sneakers. Then we show you more than 1,000 fabrics in stock and together choose the color, pattern, weight and mill. Finally come the details — lapel style, buttons, pockets, lining, monogram. You are the designer of your own piece.
Measuring
20 minutesYou try on our fitting jacket and trousers. We find the best-fitting size and record every adjustment to the cut — up to 30 on the jacket and 15 on the trousers. Sleeve length, shoulder slope, waist, extra centimetres for the belly — we take care of everything.
Production
4 weeksOnce paid (100% up front), we send your order into production. Thanks to our technology, the fabric is being cut within hours. Standard delivery is 4 weeks; express in 16–18 days.
Fitting and handover
We contact you as soon as your suit is ready. You try it on in the store. If it fits — you take it home. If anything needs fine-tuning — you leave it with us and we adjust it in our Prague workshop, either while you wait or within a few days at most.
Satisfaction guarantee
You pay up front, and we take full responsibility for the result.

- Any alterations or fine-tuning within 30 days of handover are free.
- We keep adjusting until you are completely satisfied.
- Alterations are done in our own Prague workshop — no waiting for an outside tailor.
Why pay up front?
Every garment is made individually from the fabric you choose, so costs arise the moment your order goes into production. But why a 100% deposit? Experience has taught us that when a suit isn't paid for in advance, many customers put off collecting it and we wait many weeks for the balance.
In return, you get our satisfaction guarantee — you know your money is safe, even if we have to remake the garment or refund you.
