How it works
Choose and pay
Pick the voucher and its value, fill in your details, then pay for your order.
We deliver it
By email as a PDF right after payment. Print it out, or forward it straight to the recipient.
The recipient chooses
He books an appointment, picks the fabric and cut, and redeems the voucher in our store.
How long is the voucher valid?
The voucher is valid for 6 months from purchase. You'll find the expiry date right on the voucher.
Where and how is the voucher redeemed?
In our store in the Černá růže Passage, Na Příkopě 853/12, Prague 1. The recipient books an appointment online or by phone, chooses the fabric and cut, and pays with the voucher. It's valid for all Le Premier products and services.
How do you deliver the voucher?
By email as a PDF right after payment. Delivery is free.
Can the value be hidden on the voucher?
For the electronic voucher, yes — the value is hidden by default, and you'll only find it in the email with the voucher. If you'd like it shown on the voucher, switch on “Show the value on the voucher” when ordering.
What if the recipient chooses a more expensive fabric?
He simply pays the difference in store. The voucher is redeemed once for its full value, against an order worth at least the voucher's value; it can't be used in parts.
Can the voucher be returned or exchanged for money?
A gift voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for money. See our terms and conditions for details.
Prefer to do it in person?
We'll gladly prepare a voucher for you in our Černá růže store or over the phone.
